Brandon Schmitt

Brandon Schmitt serves as the Community Engagement Specialist for Behind the Badge Foundation, bringing four years of marketing agency experience since joining in April 2024. His primary focus is utilizing community-building skills to enhance the Foundation’s visibility. Brandon aims to expand the community, attract new donors and sponsors, and drive engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and events.

Motivated by his late father, who served as Edmonds’ Fire Department Battalion Chief for 28 years, Brandon is deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission of supporting survivors, officers, and their families. Brandon brings enthusiasm and a genuine desire to foster compassion and unity within the first responder community. Proudly from Edmonds, Washington, and a graduate of Washington State University, Brandon enjoys outdoor adventures, golfing, and BBQ with his wife Olivia and their lively pets. His diverse interests and vibrant energy are assets he eagerly applies to his work at Behind the Badge Foundation.
