Game Warden Sizemore was shot and killed with his own gun while on patrol. When he came upon deer poachers in the woods. He was found next to his patrol car, suffering a gunshot wound to the head and muttering the same phrase over and over. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his wound.
Game Warden Sizemore was survived by his wife, daughter, and mother
