I completed a Master’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Health from Whitworth University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington and am Board Certified in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. She has formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I am the proud wife and mother of law enforcement officers, and I carry a strong passion for working with and supporting first responders and their families. I am also an adoptive mother with over two decades of experience working with adoptive families. I have personal and professional experience working with children with Reactive Attachment Disorder.
