ABOUT

Being a therapist is a profound privilege, but above all, I am human first. First responders and their families carry unique, high-stakes burdens. I don’t claim to “know best” or pretend to understand your job better than you do. Instead, I offer a steady, practical partnership, providing a space to shift out of survival mode and use humor as a vital tool for resilience. Therapy with me is a joint effort centered on your goals. Working with individuals, couples, and families, I help navigate operational stress and shift-work fatigue while protecting your relationships at home. My practice focuses on emotional regulation, stress management, identity work, and trauma processing, helping you stay grounded in who you are. I hold a Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UCLA, with clinical experience spanning relational dynamics, identity development, and recovery from abusive relationships. Finding the right fit is essential, so there is zero pressure, if my style isn’t quite what you or your family need, I will gladly help connect you with the right clinician.
