Who should attend this event?

We are designing this event for any adult family members of Law Enforcement Officers. At this time, it is not appropriate for younger children but we are working on that for future weekends!

How much does this wellness training event cost?

Behind the Badge Foundation is proud to offer this weekend with meals included at no cost to participants. We think the connection and learning that happens at this event is too important for cost to be prohibitive to your attendance!

Do I have to register?

Yes! Please! It is important for the planning of this event that we know you are planning to attend.

What is the dress code?

This is a working weekend but we want you to be comfortable. Friday casual is a great look and will fit the weekend’s activities and plans.

What time should we plan to be there on Friday?

Great question! While the timing is still a bit fluid you can generally plan for registration to open at 5pm and the first reception at 7pm. On Saturday, we will start at 9am and learn through the day with a second reception around 5pm. On Sunday we will start again at 9am and end about 12pm. You are encouraged to make the most of the time and stay as long as you can around the planned activities.

Will there be a virtual option?

While we believe the connections and collaboration of this event is difficult to replace online, we are working to produce a virtual option for those that cannot get away or are still under COVID restrictions.

What COVID protocols do we need to know?

For the duration of LEFN we will be following current Washington State mandates which require masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. Please plan accordingly. We will adjust these protocols as needed to continue to follow current guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone attending.
