16th Annual Jim Saunders Memorial Golf Tournament

Each July, WSPTA hosts the Jim Saunders Memorial Golf Tournament in Wenatchee, Washington.

This event includes a golf tournament, dinner, live and silent auction. It brings together over 200 Troopers, their families, and community members together to raise funds for the families of fallen officers. This special event began after Trooper Jim Saunders was tragically killed in the line of duty in Pasco, Washington. For the past 16 years, this event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support organizations like Behind the Badge, the Washington State Patrol Memorial Foundation, and the Family of Trooper Saunders.
