The Frank Kampsen Community Spirit Award is presented to an individual or business that has risen above and beyond to assist or contribute to the planning of a Line-of-Duty Death Law Enforcement Memorial Service. The award may also recognize an individual or business that has supported the Foundation or its programs.
This award honors those who make meaningful contributions not for recognition, but out of a true commitment to serve, uplift, and strengthen others.

Show exceptional dedication, collaboration, and compassion 
Engage in service, fundraising, or advocacy that significantly impacts law enforcement families 
The Frank Kampsen Community Spirit Award is presented to an individual or business that has risen above and beyond to assist or contribute to the planning of a Line-of-Duty Death Law Enforcement Memorial Service.
